**As of June 03, 2024, This project has been awarded to LaLonde Contractors, Inc., with the awarded amount of $296,551.50.** SCOPE OF WORK This contractshall include but not be limited to providing a civil design for the Pavement Improvement Project within Island Park Parking Lot Reconstruction Project. LOCATION The items of work included in this contract are located at 791 North Horlick Drive (Island Park) in the City of Racine. CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE The projectshallstart after September 3rd, 2024 and be completed by May 15th, 2025 This project will remove existing asphalt, excavate new driveways, and replace asphalt. Boring a water line will also be needed. Project will start after 9/3/24. Asphalt, curb and gutter replacement, and landscaping. Pre-Qualification: Yes Est. Completion Date: May 15, 2025.
