Renovation of a municipal facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The United Nations Development Corporation (UNDC), a public benefit corporation of the State of New York, is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and dispose of existing cooling tower fill and to furnish and install new for an existing BAC Tower Model 3648C at Two UN Plaza. The building is a Class A high-rise commercial office building located in east midtown Manhattan. The building will be occupied and operational throughout the duration of the project. The UNDC properties are managed by Cushman & Wakefield. The minimum required qualifications are as follows: A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in this field. Licensed by the State and City of New York. Liability insurance of $10,000,000. A resume of current assignments in New York City at comparable Class A office buildings. Interested companies must provide evidence of their qualifications and relevant experience including a minimum of five (5) references from high-rise commercial office buildings in New York City with contact information. Companies determined to be qualified will be contacted and provided with a bid package and the date and time of a mandatory onsite pre-bid meeting. This solicitation is subject to the procurement lobbying restrictions of New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k.
