Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Carnegie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Sidewalk Improvements Project includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform various sidewalk repairs and replacements to sidewalks in the Borough. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Borough Engineer. Bond Notes: The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to Rosslyn Farms Borough. Awarded bidder shall provide a 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, and 10% Maintenance Bond for the project. Owner Rights: Rosslyn Farms Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof and to waive informalities in any bid. Attention of bidders is called to the requirements concerning the payment of not less than the prevailing wage and salary rate provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 for the Sidewalk Improvements Project. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day. Bids may be held by Rosslyn Farms Borough for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding the contract
