This project is for all work related to the CIPP MH to MH Lining sewer repairs including, but not limited to: pre and full NASSCO post repair CCTV inspections, heavy cleaning, reinstatement of active service laterals, cutting of protruding taps, bypass pumping, traffic control and resident notification. Participant Municipalities: Emsworth Borough, Borough of Heidelberg, Ingram Borough, and Borough of Jefferson Hills All bidders wishing to bid on these projects must be pre-qualified by SHACOG Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are required to be paid on these projects. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by SHACOG. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10) percent of the bid, made payable to SHACOG. The proposals must be made to SHACOG, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and shall remain firm for a period of ninety (90) days. No bidder may withdraw his proposal during the ninety (90) day period without forfeiting his bid guarantee.
