This Contract will be a regional contract that will include counties within District Three. The Contractor shall perform Generator Installation and Refueling Operations and Traffic Signal Repair Operations pursuant to the terms of this Contract and at the direction of the Department. District boundaries are as described on the Agency Resources Website The Contractor shall provide a letter to the Department at the time of bid, from a surety authorized to do business in the State of Florida, verifying the Contractor is bondable in the State of Florida. For the purposes of this contract, the dollar amount is established at $2,000,000.00. FHWA 1273 and Davis Bacon Wage Rates are applicable for this Contract There is no requirement for a bid bond for this contract.
