Proposals from prospective Architectural Design firms for planning, development, and design of Classroom Additions, Existing School Renovation, and Campus Master Planning. The firm will work with the Facilities Department and Construction Management Firm under guidance of the School Board of Walton County, Florida. T All Architectural proposals should include a letter of intent, stating qualifications on Standard Form - 330 and limited to fifty (50) pages total. Applicants should list educational related projects with emphasis on K12 design that fall under the jurisdiction of the Florida Department of Education, Office of Educational Facilities. Firms should show any experience of working on an occupied campus - (i.e., additions, renovations or demolitions) Additionally: o May provide certification or experience with Florida Department of Education, SREF o Shall provide Florida Public Entity Crime Statement (287.133, F.S.) o Shall be compliant with provisions of the Jessica Lunsford Act (1012.465, F.S.) The Facilities Review Committee may evaluate and conduct informal interviews to select firms. Selected short listed firms will make formal presentations to the School Board at a date to be determined.
