Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project Includes the Following Work: An Additional (Fourth) Cast-in-place Concrete Aerobic Digester Of258,000 Gallons Including Duplex Blowers, Duplex Sludge Transfer Pumps, a Mixer, and Associated Pipingand Electrical Work. This specification gives a general description of a prefabricated, enclosed, table-mounted, turn-key, direct driven, blower package system built by a single manufacturer. Blower, motor and silencers shall be mounted on a single base. The blower package system shall provide the system demand for air listed in these specifications. The manufacturer of the system shall provide a single source responsibility for the manufacture and service of the system. This specification covers the minimum requirements; however, it does not cover all details, which may vary in accordance with the requirements of the offered equipment. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to coordinate all the details required for a complete dewatering installation. The Contractor shall provide all work to properly install, adjust, and place in operation a complete working system. The entire blower package and its components shall comply with all applicable safety and environmental regulations. Bid Security Shall Be Furnished in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Irregularities and Informalities in Bids Received and to Reject Anyand All Bids and to Award the Contract Where It Appears to Be in the Best Interest of the Owner. This Project is Subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (Babaa) Requirements Under Title Ix of The infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Iija), Pub. L. 117-58, 70901-70953. Absent an Approved waiver, All Iron, Steel, Manufactured Products, and Construction Materials Used in This Project Must Be produced in the United States.
