On-site work shall be performed between contract award and June 15, 2024, unless an exception is granted by the Facilities Management Regional ManagerSolicitation is for Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation to contract with a vendor to furnish all material, equipment, supplies, and labor to refurbish museum roof at Old Stone Fort State Park. Confirm that you have read the Event Scope of Service and understand that all bids over $100,000.00 shall include provisions for a payment bond in the amount of twenty-five percent (25%) of the contract price.
