Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Monroe, Utah. Completed plans call for the addition of a 15,650-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a 15,650-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a 15,650-square-foot educational facility.
** As of March 29, 2024 project has been awarded to Tushar Contracting. Awarded amount not available.** This project consists of an (10,000 sq. ft.) interior remodel and building extension combination to the existing metal and wood shops on the North side of South Sevier High School including an enclosed exterior storage compound. This project also consists of the construction of a new (5,650 sq. ft.) wrestling room addition to the West side of South Sevier High School. The project will be built out of concrete block, steel joists and deck with mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire sprinkling systems. Project Location: South Sevier High School, 430 West 100 South, Monroe, Utah 84754. Construction Documents and Scope Sheets (proposal form) must be used for bidding this project and will be provided by KMA Architects. The Board reserves the right to accept any or reject any or all proposals, or waive any informality in a proposal. All questions must be submitted online by 5:00 p.m on Monday, March 22, 2024. The project is to begin on April 1, 2024 and shall be substantially completed by November 30, 2024.
