The Project Overview: The purpose of this work is to construct approximately 10 miles of sustainable, erosion-resistant, fun & user friendly non-motorized recreational trail on the newly designed, pre-flagged alignment of a looping trail system located on portions of Joe Town Hill (west of Monroe). The design & surveying has been finalized. Docs notes - The designated bidding folder will be updated with addenda, plan holders list, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. Official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated bidding folder. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Monroe City, 10 N Main, Monroe, UT 84754. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., except holidays or may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated websites and the Issuing Office. The Project is expected to begin November 15, 2025, and is expected to be substantially completed by March 30, 2026.
