Site work for a water / sewer project in Monroe, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Est. Completion Date: March 30, 2026 The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approximately 340 ultrasonic radio-read irrigation meters on existing secondary irrigation system, and associated work. Meter and pipe materials are provided by Owner. Bids will be received for a single contract. Question Deadline 07/08/2025 Submit to Parker Vercimak at parker.v@jonesanddemille.com or Koy Barton at koy.b@jonesanddemille.com. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Review geographic scope of project and areas on index sheet: o All work is to be done within Monroe City. o 520 meters have been installed as part of Phase 1, primarily in the south half of the City o The remaining 345 meters are part of this project, Phase 2. o All work will be performed within existing easement/right-of-way areas. Owner Provided Materials: o All meters, meter boxes and lids, galvanized components, valves, PVC pipe, radios, couplers will be owner-provided. Site visit to City yard after today's meeting o There are 225 galvanized meter runs assembled at the City yard. o Mack Pack adapters, baker couplers, and homeowner gate valves are available for use where required. These items are only to be used as needed, with approval from City/Engineer.
