Project Address: 2025 E White Dome Drive, St. George, UT 84790 Removals, earthwork, site grading, drainage, utilities, concrete flatwork, restroom building, pavilion, stamped concrete flatwork, raised planters, grass sod area, parking lot, pedestrian bridge, rockery walls, landscaping, irrigation, and other related work items. Project MAY include an asphalt walking path and/or an additional concrete slide area contingent on available budget. Every BID shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the BID, naming the City of St. George as obligee, this bid bond must be issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Utah and be on a bond form acceptable to the City of St. George. Additive Alternate 1 - Asphalt Trail. This is to extend the trail from the northeast end of the proposed grass area then east along White Dome Drive and associated landscaping and irrigation. b. Additive Alternate 2 - Additional Playground Areas. Includes three concrete slides, concrete flatwork, stairs, rails, and playground curb. Playground equipment and artificial turf surfacing by others. Construction Estimate: $2,000,000.
