All existing roofing is to be removed down to concrete tee's. Main roof is known to have aprx. 3" of tapered cementitious underlayment. Clean and prep top of all concrete tee's for a new fully adhered PVC roof system. Remove all the old skylights and curbs, replace with new insulated curbs and new skylights. Paint the interior of curbs to match interior of building. Once the contractor mobilizes to the job site, we will allow a forty-five (45) day construction window for this project to be substantially completed. The contractor could be assessed liquidated damages if the project is not substantially completed by the end of the forty-fifth (45th) day. DFCM is providing a larger construction window so this project can fit into the contractors schedule. The contractor is to provide their anticipated Substantial Completion date with their bid. The contractor's provided substantial completion date must be on or before the project solicitation scheduled completion date.
