Site work for a mixed-use development in St George, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Awarded to M&T Southern Utah LLC $480,160.90 1.1 The work shall consist of establishing traffic control and maintaining safe, convenient use of public roads and rights-of-way. 1.2 The Contractor's operations shall cause no unnecessary inconvenience to the public. The public rights-of-way shall be maintained at all times unless interruption is authorized by proper local authority. Safe and adequate access shall be provided and maintained to all public protection devices and to all critical utility control locations. Facility access shall be continuous and unobstructed unless otherwise approved. The City of St George is completing Springs Park, landscaping the north side of the pond, adding paths, a pavilion, along with renovating portions of the existing park. Question Deadline 06/05/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Location online portal. Every BID shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the BID, naming the City of St. George as obligee, this bid bond must be issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Utah and be on a bond form acceptable to the City of St. George. The 100% performance - labor and materials bond will be required on this project. The City of St. George reserves the right to reject any or all PROPOSALS or to waive any formality or technicality in any PROPOSAL in the interest of the city.
