Renovation of an educational facility in St George, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Removal and disposal of existing single-ply roofing membrane, insulation, cover board and vapor barrier down to existing roof deck. Include removal of roof antenna dish per owner's request. Protection of existing materials and building extremities, including interior & exterior. Install TPO single-ply roofing system, achieve 30-year min. warranty, roof insulation value R30 value, taper insulation & crickets & 1/2 " cover board. Install new metal edge flashings & counter flashings, except window sill flashing. Remove & install new roof hatch with safety guard rail. Adjust existing steel roof ladders to align rung with roof top membrane. Provide safety walkway, perimeter fencing & canopies as required by code prior to and thru construction activities. Modification of all curbs, including equipment & skylight. Curbs to meet DFCM minimum standards. Approximate 22,000 sq. ft. of roof area to be replaced Question Submission Close Date 2/4/2021 3:00 PM MST
