Sealed bids are invited for the restoration of approximately one (1) mile of the Biscuit Run Stream located in Biscuit Run Park near the Southwood Mobile Home Park in Southern Albemarle County. The project generally includes: tree removal, temporary access roads, log jam structures, toe wood structures, riffle placement, soil lifts, floodplain roughness, streambank matting, bench and bank grading, and landscaping. Only those Contractors who prequalify to bid in accordance with the Prequalification to Bid Process will be eligible to submit a construction bid for the Project listed herein. The estimated construction cost range for this project is $1M-$3M *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
