The City of Charlottesville is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to establish a term contract for custodial services for recreation facilities as specified herein. If special ADA accommodations are needed, please contact Avery Watkins at 434-970-3354 by 3:30 pm on March 25, 2024. Department and/or Location Where Work Will Be Performed: The following locations in Charlottesville, VA Carver Recreation Center - 233 4th Street NW, Smith Aquatic Center - 1000-A Cherry Avenue, Key Recreation Center - 800 E. Market Street, Tonsler Recreation Center - 500 Cherry Avenue, Pen Park - 1300 Pen Park Road Period Of Contract: For one-year beginning May 1, 2024 with the option to renew under the terms of the original agreement for up to five (5) additional one-year terms if agreed upon in writing by both parties.
