The City is seeking a consultant to provide professional civil and traffic engineering services for Buena Vista Street at the intersections of Central Avenue and Evergreen Street.The goal of this project is to improve the intersections to function more efficiently for the current use. The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, a study and in-depth evaluation of the needs of the subject intersections and the existing conditions (including equipment and configuration), developing improvements design for the intersections or traffic signal upgrades for improved efficiency, coordination with Caltrans and other outside agencies, and cost estimates The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time Bid Bond 0.00% Payment Bond 0.00% Performance Bond 0.00% The Parties have determined that prevailing wage laws do not apply to this Agreement because the Services do not include construction, alteration, demolition, installation, or repair work or are other otherwise exempt under California's prevailing wage laws (California Labor. Code section 1720 et seq.).
