The scope of the work includes the removal of existing traffic control devices and installation of new thermoplastic (extrusion type) pavement striping, markings and legends. No bid shall be considered unless it is made on a proposal form furnished by the City of Duarte and is in accordance with the provisions of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, Latest Edition, and all supplements thereto.
