Renovation of an educational facility in Detroit, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of June 12, 2024 project was awarded to Detroit Spectrum Painitng, but awarded amount is not available. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, project management and construction superintendent services necessary to construct the Work in accordance with the approved Contract Documents and executed Change Orders, including requirements reasonably inferable therefrom Due Date for questions shall be April 17, 2024, at 12:00 Noon . All questions must be reduced to writing and emailed to the attention of Robert Kuhn, Senior Buyer at Rfpteam3@wayne.edu. A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and Surety Company, in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum proposal amount shall be submitted with each Proposal, which amount may be forfeited to the Board of Governors, Wayne State University, if the successful Bidder refuses to enter into a Contract within ninety (90) days from receipt of Proposals.
