Site work and paving for a road / highway in Winona, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Furnish all labor and materials required for the bituminous mill and overlay construction for the City of Winona, Minnesota. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 31, 2024 Site Directions: The majority of the work is needed on Parks Ave with additional work on Lee, Bierce & Summit Streets (see maps for details). A certified check, cashier's check, or bidder's bond shall accompany each bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid made payable to the City of Winona, Minnesota which shall be forfeited to the City in the event the successful bidder fails to enter into a contract with the City. The contractor shall furnish the owner, within ten (10) days after the contract is awarded, a bond executed by a surety company approved by the owner in the full amount of the contract and conditioned as provided by the General Statutes of this State. The bond shall be executed by a surety company authorized to do business within the State of Minnesota and having a minimum A.M. best rating of B+. The term of the bond will be two (2) years from the date of final acceptance. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
