Reference Number 0000345862 Harrison School District Two (hereinafter referred to as HSDT) is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors for the comprehensive design and turnkey installation of a new serving line for Stratton Meadows Elementary School, an elementary school which serves breakfast and lunch to over 300 students daily. The objective is to improve operational efficiency, enhance aesthetics A limited window of time is available for all work resulting from this RFP must be completed. In responding to this RFP, Contractor certifies that work can be completed between 1st of June to 15th of July 2024. all work must be completed by July 31, 2024. Contractor must become familiar with the site's conditions that may in any manner affect the service required. The Optional Site Visit will allow Contractors to conduct a thorough analysis of the site and take their own measurements. Contractor is required to carefully examine the terms and to become familiar with any and all conditions and requirements that may affect the work to be performed under this proposal. The overall design shall allow for one student line and include the following features: A. Hot Foods Section(s) 1. Accommodate 1 student line. 2. 4 hot wells, specifically Alto Shaam 400-HW. 3. Breath guards, convenient self-serve, and full serve adaptability, 3/8" thick tempered glass, stainless steel frames, integrated serving shelf, LED lighting, NSF materials. 4. Adjacent counter space to stage multiple 9"x11" student meal trays. 5. Tray slide at 30" finished height. 6. Counter at 34" finished height. 7. 6" clearance from bottom of station to floor to allow for cleaning. 8. NSF and ADA compliant B. Cold Foods Section(s) 1. Accommodate1 student line. 2. Accommodate a minimum of 3 (maximize as space allows) 6-inch-deep full-size hotel pans, angled towards the customer to allow for better presentation and access. Specifically, LTI TempestAir Sloped Cold Food Well Drop-in DI-2025TA-SP3, DI2037TASP3, or DI-2050-TA-SP3 (model depends on available space within design) 3. Refrigerated shelf over the cold wells with incorporated adjustable self-serve breath guard constructed with 3/8" thick tempered glass,stainless steel frames, LED lighting, NSF materials. The refrigerated shelf temperature shall be controlled separately from the cold well(s). 4. Tray slide at 30" finished height. 5. Counter at 32" finished height. 6. 6" clearance from bottom of station to floor to allow for cleaning. 7. NSF and ADA compliant C. Point of Sale/Cashier Station 1. Accommodate a single point of sale. 2. Data and electrical connections incorporated at the point of and undercounter for future countertop merchandisers. 3. Single drawer 4. Tray slide at 30" finished height. 5. Counter at 34" finished height. 6. 6" clearance from bottom of station to floor to allow for cleaning. 7. NSF and ADA compliant The budget is $65,000
