Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Sherwood, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Scope of work Raze, remove and dispose of all materials at W410 Veterans Avenue, Sherwood. Building is approx. 3,416 square feet. Garages on property will be demolished by Public Works staff. Removal of existing concrete/foundations of storage buildings to be removed and disposed of by demolition contractor. After razing the property, the ground is to be leveled and compacted for future building purposes, top-dressed with two inches of topsoil and reseeded to grass (including e-mat). The work shall follow requirements as specified by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. The firm shall submit a final report with project specifics to the Village of Sherwood within 30 days after project completion to ensure proper record-keeping and bill payment. The Village Board and Community Development Authority of Sherwood are processing requests for DEMOLITION of the property at W410 Veterans Avenue, Sherwood, WI 54169.
