New tertiary solids treatment with a new building, associated equipment, and utilities needed. The work, in general, will include the following schedule of work: o New tertiary solids treatment with a new building, associated equipment, and all utilities needed. o New aeration structure with secondary biosolids tank. o New final clarifier. o Replacement of final clarifier equipment in existing structure. o New final clarifier splitter box. o New chemical feed system and improvements to the existing system. o Yard piping and site work as required. o System wide SCADA upgrades with incorporation of remote sites. o Miscellaneous HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, equipment replacement, and process enhancements.
