As of April 24, 2024 project was Northeast Asphalt Inc, awarded amount is $497,347.25. The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: 8,700 S.Y. Remove Existing Asphalt 1,600 TON Crushed Aggregate Base Course (Patch and Top Dress) 1,850 TON Hot Mix Asphalt Roadway 300 L.F. Miscellaneous Concrete Curb and Gutter 400 L.F. Ditch Cleaning 205 L.F. 8" PVC Watermain 50 L.F. 6" PVC Watermain 3 E.A. Remove and Replace Fire Hydrant 1,450 S.Y. Restoration The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. When submitting an electronic bid, Bidder is required to deliver the original bid bond within 72 hours of bid opening to Cedar Corporation. For this project, bids will be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through online bidding, or by sealed paper copy. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of opening. The Village of Sherwood reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
