Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Highland Village, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

As part of the PreBid Conference, City representatives will escort prospective bidders to the Project site after a general question and answer session is completed. The Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory, however, anyone submitting a bid without attending the Pre-Bid Conference may fail to obtain information relating to the Project that may impact the requirements of this bid, resulting in the bid being non-responsive and rejected as nonconforming. All questions regarding the Project related to the plans or the Pre-Bid Conference shall be submitted to Layne Olivo with Halff, (lolivo@halff.com). No questions will be answered within 48 hours of bid opening. As a guarantee that a bidder will enter into a contract and execute Payment, Performance and Maintenance Bonds within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to the bidder, all bids shall be accompanied by (i) a cashier's check or certified check in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price drawn upon a national or state bank and payable without recourse to the City of Highland Village, or (ii) a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the submitted bid from a reliable surety company. A Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond will be required by the City; each bond shall be in the amount of 100% of the total contract amount. The Maintenance Bond shall be active for a period of two (2) years from the time of final acceptance of the Project. The right is reserved by the City to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. Per owner, all bids were rejected, and this project will re-bid at a future time and date TBD.
