Request for Qualifications for Two (2) Trade Contractor Packages: HVAC (Scope Revisions); Electrical (Scope Revisions), for DOC - Plymouth MASAC - Section 35 Renovation, Plymouth, MA. This Project is for the transformation of the Massachusetts Alcohol and Substance Abuse Center facility into a therapeutic health care campus, with a primary focus on three resident dorm buildings located on the upper campus, as well as accessibility improvements for patient access to buildings on the lower campus. A new warehouse building is also proposed. This is a Construction Management at Risk project under MGL Ch149A. Interested firms MUST submit a Qualification Statement by the deadline and be prequalified if they are interested in later bidding on the project. DCAMM Certification applies for this process. This Request for Qualifications is the first part of a two-step process for Trade Contractors. First, interested firms must submit the Qualification Statement. Then, at a later date, only prequalified firms will be invited to submit bids for the category of works in which they were prequalified. This Qualification Statement is different from DCAMM Certification. All firms must be qualified for this project, even if they are already DCAMM Certified.
