As of September 9, 2025, a list of consultants have been selected to participate in the MSBA's Accelerated Repair Program (the "Program") for the replacement of exteriors windows/doors and the replacement or restoration of roofing. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Massachusetts School Building Authority (the "MSBA") is seeking to select "Designers", as defined by M.G.L. Chapter 7C, Section 44, to provide professional design and construction administration services to eligible Massachusetts cities, towns, and regional school districts (collectively, the "Districts") that will invited to participate in the MSBA's Accelerated Repair Program (the "Program") for the replacement of exteriors windows/doors and the replacement or restoration of roofing thereby increasing energy efficiency in otherwise sound educational facilities.
