The culvert removal shall include the complete removal of all components from the bottom of the culvert footing to edge of the wingwalls and headwalls out to the limits of the pavement sawcut limits. This shall be inclusive of, but not limited to: all bituminous pavement, pavement subbase, guardrails, concrete members, and reinforcing steel to the limits indicated on the Contract Drawings (including all attached and embedded components).
