Renovation of a water / sewer project in Sterling, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work consists of the demolition of existing electrical equipment at Wells No. 3, 4 and 5 including but not limited to motor control centers (MCCs), panelboards, automatic transfer switch (ATS), generator and other associated items and installation of new electrical gear within each wellhouse, new pad-mounted standby power generator, variable frequency drives (VFDs), lighting panels and associated wiring. Bids shall be on a lump sum, as indicated in the Bid Form. Question Deadline 03/31/2024 In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by Engineer at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer via the Tighe & Bond website.
