Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors for the construction of the Minge Branch Drive Connector Road project. The project will include the construction of a roundabout, stormwater pond and approximately 0.628 miles of roadway. Contractor to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment and materials to complete the project. The project will consist of earthwork, erosion control, asphaltic concrete pavement, drainage improvements including but not limited to the grading of ditches/swales, stormwater pond, signing and marking, storm inlets and storm pipes. The Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be qualified in, under Rule Chapter 14-22, Florida Administrative Code, the following major classes of work: 1) Drainage, 2) Flexible Paving, 3) Grading, 4) Grassing, Seeding and Sodding, 5) Hot Plant-Mixed Bituminous Courses, 6) Pavement Markings, and 7) Roadway Signing. The Bay County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals in the best interest of Bay County. Question Deadline 06/04/2024 at 5:00 PM CT
