The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified, licensed Contractors to provide labor and materials for the renovation of an existing HVAC system. This renovation is to accommodate the construction of a new office suite for the Environmental Health Department which will be located on the third floor of the Government Center at 840 West 11th Street, Panama City Florida, 32401. HVAC system renovation shall be accomplished as per the Scope of Work/Specifications. Estimated budget is $200,000.00. Question Deadline 04/12/2024 at 2:00 PM CT The Bay County Board of County Commissioners Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and/or All Proposals in the Best Interest of Bay County. Bidders shall submit all questions, in writing, to the Purchasing Department via email Purchasing@baycountyfl.gov, the Bonfire portal, or FAX to (850) 248-8276.
