The subcontractors bids that were received on time were not opened for Bid Packages that did not receive at least 3 each sealed bids for that scope of work. Lord & Son Construction, Inc. is requesting bids from subcontractors interested in submitting quotations for the following Scopes of Work: project located at 13410 Hwy 77, Panama City, FL 32409. Vendors that are supplying materials only are not required to pre-qualify. Rebidding Scope of Work: Chain Link Fencing, Grassing, Ball Field Grassing, Irrigation, General Trades, Doors & Hardware, Aluminum Windows, Coiling Door & Shutters, Epoxy Floor & Wall System, High Performance Coating, Interior Paint, Exterior Paint, Plumbing, HVAC, Energy Monitoring System & Controls, Electrical, Lightning Protection, Communication Structure Cabling, Fire Alarm System, and Security/ Intercom/ PA System. Minority and Women Business Enterprise participation is greatly encouraged. Material suppliers and item listed in the General Trade Package. All bids are required to be submitted in a sealed envelope on Lord & Son's bid form (the first 6 pages) located in the Bid Packages.
