Renovation of a detention facility in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified, licensed, Contractors to provide labor and materials for the installation of an HVAC system for the Bay County Jails Training Building located at 5700 Star Lane, Panama City Florida, 32404. System installation shall be accomplished as per the Scope of Work/Specifications. Funding for the project may be made possible through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by Federal Procurement and Contract Standards. Respondents will comply with the Federal Regulations Contract Requirements. Special Accommodation: Any person requiring a special accommodation at a Pre-Bid Conference or Bid opening because of a disability should call the Purchasing Department at (850) 248-8270 at least five (5) workdays prior to the PreBid Conference or Bid opening.
