The Project Scope consisting of, but not limited to: Lammers Rehabilitation and Painting of (Alternate 1) Davis and (Alternate 2) New Hall: (Work to include, but not limited to, selective demolition, LVT Flooring, Epoxy Flooring, Walk-Off Matts and Painting within the Common Spaces, Pod A, Pod B, Pod C and Pod D) in accordance with the documents prepared by KRA, 28 Amity St., Suite 2B, Amherst, MA 01002. The Project consists of but not limited to: Interior finish renovations to Lammers Hall on the Campus of Westfield State University. Work includes painting, new resilient flooring and accessories, new walk-off carpeting, and new epoxy flooring. Question Deadline 03/28/2024 at 1:00 PM ET All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online Response: (Bidding Administrator) The performance period remains unaffected as the duration for this alternate will be performed between May 15th and July 31st which accounts for (77) calendar days. The work is being postponed from Calendar Year 2024 to 2025. No work will be performed between August 1st,2024 through May 14th, 2025.
