The multi-phased project will involve the demolition of 70 units, a community center, and accessory buildings on the property. It will be replaced by three new three-story buildings comprising 24 units, and 13 additional buildings each containing one-bedroom units. Sixty of these units will feature private decks. The development will also include 143 parking spaces and site enhancements such as new lighting, stormwater management systems, and upgraded water and sewer mains. The work will be completed in four phases and will result in 90 new dwelling units, according to an application filed with the town. Sixty of the units will have private decks. As of September 10, 2024, this project has been approved by the planning and zoning commission. The architect has been identified and information regarding the method of general contractor selection is unavailable. A firm construction timeline has not been established,
