Also, adding a new ADA accessible restroom, walking trail with a connective loop, shade structures, playground/splash pad, outdoor fitness zone, surfacing and new park signage and landscaping. Project is in City of North Lauderdale capital budget fy 2025 CIP 204 _______________________________________________________________________ The project consists of adding a new parking area, park entrance, restroom building, ADA accessible walking path with a connective loop, shade structures where appropriate, playground and outdoor fitness zone surfacing and shade structures, landscaping and park signage. The project is include in the city's 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
