PROIECT: Walkin cooler/freezer replacement at Colbert County High School and New Bethel Elementary School. Start date June 3, 2024 - Completion date July 12, 2024. SCOPE OF WORK: Installation Requirements of Successful Bidder: Remove and dispose ofthe existing walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer. Deliver and uncrate all walk in panels. Erect and fully assemble walk-in panels. Floor panels must be level. Remove all crating from premises. Put the condensing units in place. Per Colbert County Schools, the units will be mounted on a rack. Rack to be provided by the manufacturer and installed by the successful bidder. Install trim around the door entry to create a seal between walk-in and building. Install sloped membrane roof cap away from the building. Weather cap to be installed with flashing to the building from the membrane so excess water and debris does not fall between exterior wall and walk-in. Install tread plate wainscot on doors and trim around entry ofwalk-in. Make all refrigeration and final electrical connections. Refrigeration systems must be fully started up by successful bidder. Make refrigeration connections from condensing unit to evaporator coils and make electrical connections to electrical disconnects supplied by Colbert County Schools. Insulate drain line and install heater to drain line for evaporator coil. Drain line must have P-trap. Final electrical connections to include condensing unit, evaporator coils, and all electrical components inside freezer (door frame heater wire, lights, drain heater, etc.). Shelving units to be assembled and placed in the freezer and cooler units by successful bidder. Successful bidder to confirm shelving quantities and sizing
