The Success- Ful Bidder Will Be Required to Post a Performance Bond and Payment Bond Each in the Amount of One Hundred Per- Cent (100%) of the Total Con- Tract Price and a Ten Percent (10%) Maintenance Bond. Quantities Are Not Guaranteed and May Vary (+/-). It is the Intent to Award This Project as a Single Contract to the Lowest Qualified and Responsible Bid- Der. The Limerick Twp. Board of Supervisors Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or Portions Thereof as They May Deem Necessary and in the Best Interest of Limerick Township.
