Bids Will Be Received For A Single Prime Contract. Bids Shall Be On A Unit Price Basis, As Indicated In The Bid Form. No Pre-bid Conference Will Be Held. Bidders Shall Submit Proof Of Qualifications To Perform The Work As Described In The Instructions To Bidders. Owner Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Bids, To Waive Any Informality In A Bid, And To Make Awards In The Best Interests Of The Owner.
