Guilford County Purchasing Department seeks Bids from individuals or firms interested in providing services for the roof replacement on the High Point Detention Center, located at 507 Green Street High Point North Carolina. Any and all DOCUMENT CLARIFICATION REQUEST concerning the bid documents are to be emailed to the office of the Engineer at R. Tad Furrow, PE, 938 West Fifth Street, Winston Salem, NC 27101, to the attention of R. Tad Furrow, rtfcpe@gmail.com with a copy to Jared Skelton, jskelton@guilfordcountync.gov and DG_Purchasing@guilfordcountync.gov Respondents or their sub-contractors must be licensed to perform all fields of required work in North Carolina. Participation of minority-owned and women-owned businesses is encouraged. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashiers check or certified check, payable to Guilford County in the amount of not less than 5% of the bid. A performance and payment bond will be required from the awarded Contractor for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Guilford County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities 20208 Question Deadline 03/26/2024 at 2:00 PM ET
