Services to provide roadway illumination electrical maintenance and repair to Fort Worth District Deadline for submission of questions: March 22, 2024 TxDOT Response to Questions to be posted by: March 29, 2024 Tentative Date for Contract Award: June 7, 2024 Description of Services This solicitation is to establish a contract for services to provide roadway illumination electrical maintenance and repair to Fort Worth District to include: 1.1. Luminaire foundations and pole installation. 1.2. Ground box maintenance and repair services. 1.3. Removal and replacement of transocket, service entrance conduits and conductors. 1.4. Installation of TxDOT owned parts, such as Pelco brand doors, Lock-Jaw lids/brackets and tamperproof bolts and washers. 1.5. Aboveground and underground utility locations services for traffic control and traffic management equipment in the state right of way. 1.6. Remove and Replace TxDOT furnished LED Luminaire fixtures. 1.7. Repair conduit above ground. NOTE: Repairs shall be at various locations throughout the Fort Worth District including Tarrant, Parker, Johnson, Palo Pinto, Jack, Wise, Somervell, Hood and Erath Counties. The initial term of one year commences upon the issuance of a contract by TxDOT and expires on June 6, 2025 with the option to renew for 3 one-year period(s) at TxDOT's sole discretion. TxDOT will provide an intent to renew notice, in writing, 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the current term. 1st Renewal Option June 7, 2025 through June 6, 2026 2nd Renewal Option June 7, 2026 through June 6, 2027 3rd Renewal Option June 7, 2027 through June 6, 2028 NOTE: The dates are estimated based on the anticipated award.
