Renovation of an educational facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project is for a turnkey vendor to provide a door survey of the Health Pavilion Building for levels 1 thru 6. The vendor will then provide a recommendation of which doors that are in need of complete replacement, which doors need to be updated, and which doors can be left untouched. Please provide information as to who will be performing the door survey on behalf of the turnkey vendor.. The building has been partially updated over the years with existing doors in various conditions. A maximum of twenty-nine (29) double doors and five hundred forty-one (541) Solid Core Wood doors could be replaced depending on various conditions. All doors that are determined that need to be replaced will need to be equipped with door silencers. The goal of this project is to complete all door replacement by December 2024.
