The City of Iowa City is requesting Proposals from qualified vendors to provide: Maintenance Service for Iowa City Housing Authority Units The City of Iowa City Housing Authority is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Maintenance Services for Housing Authority properties. Selected vendors would be required to provide labor, supplies and other goods and services necessary to provide maintenance on an as needed and preventative basis. Vendors will be required to provide an hourly rate (for Monday through Friday, excluding City observed holidays, 7:00AM through 5:00PM), an after-hours hourly rate (for hours 5:00PM through 7:00AM, weekends and holidays), and a percentage mark-up rate for materials and parts. If the vendor charges an on-call fee, the fee must be entered in the line items pricing section. Any additional fees that may be charged throughout the duration of the contract are prohibited. Questions Deadline: 4/2/2024 12:00 AM (CT) All questions and clarifications regarding this Request for Proposal will be accepted submitting your questions through Ion Wave. All questions must be in writing in order to receive a response. The initial contract term will be for one (1) two-year term. The contract start date will occur upon the issuance of the purchase order. Pricing shall be firm from the date stated on the contract purchase order. No price escalation will be allowed during the original term of the contract.
