Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Salt Lake, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course; for paving for a golf course; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary, to construct the Eaglewood Golf Course Project, complete, as described in the project plans and specifications. This project includes construction of reinforced concrete pipe, and associated facilities including junction boxes, combo boxes, and appurtenances associated with the pipelines. It also includes expanding a pond as a detention facility. All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of Bids shall be emailed to the design engineer at kballentine@bowencollins.com. The deadline for asking questions is April 2, 2024, at 5 pm PRE-BID CONFERENCE: No pre-bid conference will be held. COMPLETION OF WORK: The project will need to be completed by December 15, 2024 unless written approved is given by City of North Salt Lake to compensate for time due to weather conditions (ie. snow not melting from the job site). Coordinate with North Salt Lake prior to beginning work in 2024 to determine if the schedule needs to be adjusted
