The City of Coconut Creek, Florida is seeking bids from qualified, experienced and licensed Contractors to provide general contracting and construction services. The work shall be performed in full accordance with the plans, specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this Invitation for Bids (IFB). A Cone of Silence is in effect with respect to this Invitation for Bids (IFB). The Cone of Silence prohibits certain communications between potential Respondents and/or Suppliers and the City.
