As of May 1, 2025 No bids received on the project , No definite date for rebid. Work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing materials, equipment, and labor for the construction of the SWCD WEST OUTFALL CANAL IMPROVEMENTS - PHASE 3A as shown in the Drawings and described in the Specifications. B. The project shall consist of but is not limited to: 1. Encroachments Removal as per CAS plans. Trees removed shall be stumped-grinded. 2. Means and methods and managing the SWPPP is left up to the contractor. 3. Awarded contractor shall coordinate and finalize the tree permit application with the City of Coral Springs. Application fee and tree mitigation fee are handled by the SWCD. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE SUNSHINE WATER CONTROL DISTRICT STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON.
