In general, this work consists of realigning Phillips Road at Route 216 and reconstructing approximately 1000 L.F. of Phillips Road. Work includes roadway embankment, asphalt paving, drainage, signage, pavement markings, guide rail and removal of the existing roadway. The quantities shown are for estimating purposes only and may be increased or decreased as directed by the Town Engineer.
