Description

Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Santa Barbara, California. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

Pavement maintenance, restoration, and widening project for the existing asphalt surface at the bottom of the Tunnel Trailhead per attached plans. In accordance with Civil Code 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid. Liquidated Damages $500 Per Calendar Day Start/Delivery Date Work shall be completed prior to Memorial Day weekend (no work permitted Friday May 24th) or shall commence after the Memorial Day Holiday.
