Pavement maintenance, restoration, and widening project for the existing asphalt surface at the bottom of the Tunnel Trailhead per attached plans. In accordance with Civil Code 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid.
