The location is at Idita park in the City of Wasilla(COW) off Nelson Road in between N Weber Drive and N Lucille Street. There are two existing tennis courts. COW has purchased all the materials that are stored in our parks heated shop. Material invoices are in the attachments. Silica sand has been purchased 24 each 50-pound bags for mixing in the Nu Surf Black resurfacer. If a bidder fails to comply with the bidders notice above, the city may reject the bid, terminate the contract, or consider the contractor in default. The city will reject any item that does not meet the specifications of the ITB.
